If it isn't salmon or halibut, yet has fins and swims, you'll find it here. We offer a potpourri of popular swimmers that are exceptionally tasty. Remember to check back often because our fish is often seasonal.
We have the always popular Tilapia (both whole and filleted) which are always a great choice for frying or in soups and stews. And if you’re in barbecuing year-round, our Yellowfin Tuna, Swordfish and Blue Marlin steaks are great for the grill with a touch of teriyaki sauce. As always, our Yellowfin Tuna steaks are sashimi-grade, and are awesome rolled up in seaweed and rice with a side of wasabi.
If you’re looking for some southern home-cooking, look no further than our Pan-Ready Catfish and Catfish Fillets. Whether its fried or blackened cajun-style, our Catfish is great wish hushpuppies and collard greens. We also have Rainbow Trout, Whole and Tube Squid, and Mackerel.
