I get inspiration from helping people and really trying to make a difference in people’s lives.

Actually being who we say we are. I feel that the integrity we have a Pike Place Fish is contagious and that we really do make a difference in people’s lives.

I love to golf, growing things in my garden and doing home improvement projects.
Roasted King Salmon. I get a cast iron skillet nice and hot on the stove top with a little olive oil. The salmon goes on skin side down for about 4-5 minutes. Meanwhile the oven has been preheated to 375 degrees. After 4-5 minutes skin side down on the skillet I flip the fish to flesh side down and immediately place the whole pan into the preheated oven for another 4-5 minutes. Enjoy!
To buy the freshest fish in the World and have a great time doing it. Also know that the fish you are buying is always caught in a sustainable fashion and good for the earth.
The first time working on the Salmon Bench and throwing a fish! I remember watching the guys as a kid doing it and couldn’t believe I was there doing it myself now.
